Iroquois Gas Transmission System, Shelton, Conn., ha commissioned two corn pressor stations whose design reflects many recently developed engineering innovations and successfully addresses community concerns over noise and air pollution. These first two station provide incremental firm gas-transportation capacity on the 375-mile system that runs between Canada and Long Island, N.Y.
