Esso Production Malaysia Inc. has put another construction vessel to work off peninsular Malaysia. Offshore Pipelines International Ltd. (OPIL) moved in its DB Hercules derrick barge last September and began installation of two drilling/production platforms-C and E-in Esso's Seligi field and the 28 slot B jacket in Esso's Tabu field.
