Chamber to fight EPA's GHG program, excessive reform

Nick SnowWashington EditorThe US Chamber of Commerce will continue efforts to keep the US Environmental Protection Agency from implementing greenhouse gas emission regulations under the Clean Air Act, Chamber Pres. Thomas J. Donahue said in his annual State of American Business address.
