Tullow looking to expand production off Ghana after Jubilee

Paula DittrickSenior Staff WriterTullow Oil PLC outlined its plans to boost oil and natural gas production off Ghana once the West African nation initiates oil production by bringing Jubilee field on stream by yearend, the company said in an interim management statement posted on its web site on Nov. 10.The 2007 Jubilee discovery in the Gulf of Guinea is scheduled to come on stream in early December with anticipated initial production capacity of 50,000 b/d, said London-based Tullow, which operates Jubilee.
