Obama appoints Bromwich to oversee MMS reforms

US President Barack Obama announced that he has chosen a former Department of Justice inspector general to lead reforms at the US Minerals Management Service as part of his administration's effort to reform federal oversight of offshore oil and gas activity.He said that Michael R.
