Half of Shell's production will be gas by 2012, CEO says

Oil and natural gas are indispensable in a growing world energy market, and Royal Dutch Shell PLC plans to make gas roughly half of its total production by 2012, its chief executive officer said on Oct. 8."This is not merely a shift in our portfolio.
