OPEC expected to add 2 million b/d to NGL capacity

Natural gas liquids and condensate projects slated for start-up 2009-10 in some countries of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries will add 2 million b/d to capacity at peak output. That’s according to the recently released Oil Market Report from the International Energy Agency.
