CO2 challenge urged

A strong legal challenge needs to be made to the EPA finding that CO2 is harmful. The grounds would be that they have exceeded their authority and that they have misapplied science. A vigorous presentation needs to made in a fair court of the true science and a cross examination done on the junk science.The recent facts are that the sun has changed from global warming to global cooling and that for about 10 years world temperatures are down as the sun spot cycle produces less radiation heat.
