Houston, has signed an agreement with Don-Nan Pump & Supply, Midland, Tex., whereby Don-Nan will have exclusive right to install Petrovalve Plus and Gas Breaker valve products in their rod pumps manufactured for the oil and gas production industry.

Petrovalve Inc. is a subsidiary of Flotek Industries Inc., which manufactures and markets innovative specialty chemicals, downhole drilling and production equipment, and manages automated bulk material handling, loading, and blending facilities.

Don-Nan Pump & Supply Co., in business since 1962, has operations in nine locations in the US.

AECsoft USA Inc.

Houston, has announced formation of a new business unit to manage the commercialization of their integrity compliance activity manager (ICAM) platform within the gas transmission pipeline industry. The new business, named PI Confluence, will be headed by Gary R. White, president and CEO.

Houston, has named Roderick J. Hayslett as chief financial officer. Hayslett holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California-Berkeley, and an MBA in finance from the University of Central Florida. He has 36 years of experience in finance and operations management.

Houston, has announced that Denby Auble has joined the company as manager of innovations, marine & depth imaging. Auble earned BS and MS degrees in mathematics from New Mexico Tech. He previously held positions with Western Geophysical, and most recently with Reservoir Technologies.

Geotrace is an independent integrated seismic and reservoir services company that develops innovative methods for imaging and analysis of subsurface data to evaluate reservoirs.

Integra Group

New York and Moscow, has announced its acquisition of Uralmash-Drilling Equipment and VNIIBT-Drilling Tools (Uralmash) from MNP Group.

Uralmash is Russia’s leading manufacturer of heavy drilling rigs, and a significant producer of drilling tools. The company’s main manufacturing facilities are located in the Volga-Urals. The acquired business will be headed by Vitaly Tkachev.

Aberdeen, has appointed Tom Sherwin as regional manager for the Caspian region, based in Baku, Azerbaijan. Sherwin previously was with Halliburton for 16 years, and is a specialist in cementing and stimulation services, and in coiled tubing operations.
