Houston, has announced the appointment of Bart H. Heijermans as executive vice-president and chief operating officer, with overall responsibility for the Production Facilities, Well Operations, and Deepwater Contracting business units.
Heijermans, who has over 15 years of experience in the oil industry, holds a master’s degree in civil and structural engineering from the University of Delft, The Netherlands, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School executive program.

White Plains, NY, has announced the appointment of Asher E. Fogel as chief executive officer and member of the board, and Henry N. Schneider as president and chief operating officer.
Fogel has extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets in the US and international markets. Most recently he has been with the Ampa Group of Israel.
Schneider has been an executive officer with US Energy for more than five years.

New York, has announced the hiring of Haroon Imtiaz as vice-president to set up its Energy Services Group. Imtiaz has 10 years of energy sector experience, including positions with Sempra Energy Solutions and TXU. At Cantor Fitzgerald, he will report to Josh Margolis, managing director of the Energy & Environmental Services Group.
The new Energy Services Group will cover natural gas, power, refined fuel products, and coal markets, and will provide a wide array of services including brokerage, structured and risk management products, and fee-based advisory services.
