Willie Chiang, currently president, strategy, integration and specialty businesses, refining, marketing, supply, and transportation, was named president, Americas supply and trading, commercial.Chiang began his career in refining in 1981 in California and served in various technical and supervisory positions for operations, maintenance, engineering, and clean fuels projects. In 1998, he became manager of ConocoPhillips’s Los Angeles refinery.
