Houston, has named Chuck King as vice-president and general manager. Sales team for the new company consists of Ingo Hergardren, Lee Everett, Don Bohach, Michael Kosfeld, and Connie Sawyer.

Stupp & Mannesmann Line Pipe LP is a joint venture between Mannesmann Line Pipe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mannesmannrohren-Werke Group, and Stupp Corp., a division of Stupp Bros. Inc.

Pioneer Drilling Co

San Antonio, has named William Stacy Locke, as chief executive officer. He has been president and chief financial officer since 2000. Former president, Michael E. Little, resigned to accept the presidency of Wedge Group Inc., Pioneer's largest shareholder. Little will remain chairman of Pioneer's board of directors.

Additionally, William D. Hibbetts has been named chief financial officer in addition to his current roles as secretary and chief accounting officer.

Pioneer Drilling Co. provides land contract drilling services to independent and major oil and gas operators in north, east, and south Texas

Compagnie Générale de Géophysique (CGG)

Paris, has announced the appointment of Christophe Pettenati-Auziere as senior executive vice-president for geophysical services. He replaces Gerard Chambovet, who has been appointed senior executive vice-president for strategic planning, control, and technology. Investor relations remains under the supervision of Pettenati-Auziere, and is managed by Christophe Barnini.

Duoline Technologies LP

Odessa, Tex., is the new name of Rice Engineering, a leading provider of corrosion solutions to end users for oil field tubing, casing, and line pipe applications.

The name change reflects the high degree of name recognition specific to the company's principle product line, Duoline. The Duoline product is a premium internal lining system that prevents downhole corrosion in oil field steel tubing and line pipe.

Enerchem International Inc.

Calgary, has appointed Douglas F. Robinson as president and CEO, replacing Larry Phillips, who is retiring from these positions. Phillips remains chairman of the board.

Robinson has over 30 years of experience in oil field service companies, including service with Computalog Ltd., and Integrated Production Services Ltd.

Enerchem International Inc. manufactures specialty chemicals, and hydrocarbon-based drilling and completions fluids.

Geotrace Technologies Inc.

Houston, has appointed Bill Schrom as CEO. Schrom had most recently been president of Geotrace's Eastern Hemisphere operations.

Additionally, Geotrace has opened its Reservoir Services/Reservoir Seismic Centre in Nasr City, outside Cairo, Egypt. The new center offers the full range of the company's seismic data processing and reservoir services technology to clients in Egypt and neighboring countries.

Geotrace Technologies Inc. is an integrated, reservoir services company that provides subsurface imaging solutions to the oil and gas industry.

ITW Devcon

St. Louis, Mo., has acquired certain assets of Futura Coatings Inc., St. Louis, a producer of sprayable high-performance elastomeric coatings and linings. ITW Devcon Futura Coatings will be part of ITW Performance Polymers, an international business group of Illinois Tool Works.

Futura manufacturing and packaging operations have been relocated to ITW Devcon in Danvers, Mass., and ITW Foamseal in Oxford, Mass. Customer service and R&D facilities are located at a new facility in the St. Louis area.

Houston, has appointed Mark Payton as director of strategic development & planning. Payton has 25 years of industry experience, and was the principal of ML Payton Consultants, a leading strategic and marketing consulting firm serving the engineering and construction industry, prior to joining Mustang.

Mustang Engineering, a Wood Group company, is an independent services provider to the global oil, gas, and chemical industries, with capabilities ranging from feasibility studies through startup for both onshore and offshore projects.
