Warren Rusich has been named to the newly created position of corporate quality health, safety & environment (QHSE) assurance director. Matt Hallinan has been promoted to vice-president QHSE for the Well Intervention Group, and J.R. Gibbons has been appointed QHSE director for the Wireline, and Well Performance Testing & Evaluation Divs. Pat Larribas has been promoted to district manager of the Broussard, La. Pumping & Stimulation Div. Additionally, Morley Dupré has been named vice-president - international for Superior's Workstrings subsidiary.

Houston, has named Cedric Burgher as vice-president and treasurer, and Paul Koeller as vice-president of investor relations.
Burgher received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, an MBA from the University of Dallas, and is a chartered financial analyst. He replaces Jerry Blurton, who becomes chief financial officer of Halliburton's KBR subsidiary. The former KBR CFO, Bruce Stanski, is being promoted to lead KBR's government operations business.
Koeller holds a BS degree in geology from the University of Minnesota, and has done graduate study at DePaul University, and the University of Houston.

Kraus holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Alberta, and is a certified management accountant. He has been involved in the oil and gas service industry for over 15 years, holding positions with Beta Well Service Inc., Crown Industries Inc., and Coral Energy Canada Inc.

Martin has JD, MPA, and BBA degrees from Southern Methodist University, and has experience in a wide variety of domestic and international energy transactions and regulatory matters. He served as assistant general counsel of Mobil Oil Corp.'s worldwide E&P division, as general counsel of Mobil Natural Gas Inc. in Houston, and most recently was a member of the energy practice group in the corporate section of Winstead Sechrest & Minick.
