The Woodlands, Tex., has announced that Domingo Saturno-Napolitana, formerly with Veritas DGC, has joined the company as country manager for Mexico. He will also serve as managing director of a new Mexican subsidiary company.

Fusion Petroleum Technologies Inc. is a unit of Fusion Geophysical LLC, Norman, Okla. Fusion Geophysical is a high-end geoscience and engineering technology and services company.

Hanover Co.

Yukon, Okla., has named Terry McBride regional manager of operations for the western half of the mid-continent area. Robby Johnson was named district manager of operations for the Yukon district.

McBride has been with Hanover for four years, and has been in the industry for more than 22 years.

Johnson, with more than 20 years of industry experience, has been with Hanover for 12 years.

PSL Energy Services

Aberdeen, has announced the appointment of three senior international managers. Brian Bowler serves as regional manager for the Middle East, based in the company's newly established office in Qatar. Kenny Coutts, based in Singapore, manages PSL's Asia Pacific operation. Ron Matheson has been named regional manager for the Caspian area, based in Baku.

Bowler has more than 24 years of experience in well services, sales, and business development in the North Sea, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. He held positions with Halliburton, Camco, Baker Sand Control, and Technip CSOL.

Coutts is an Aberdeen University graduate, former Halliburton executive, and has more than 20 years of industry experience.

Matheson has had service with Ramco Project Services, Rigblast Energy Services, Smedvig Resource Management Ltd., Ashley Group Ltd., and PPG Industries Inc. during his 30 years career.

TGS-NOPEC Geophysical Co.

Houston, has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of NuTec Sciences Inc.'s energy division, NuTec Energy, a seismic data processing and software company. After closing, TGS-NOPEC intends to continue NuTec Energy's third-party seismic processing services and Prima software licensing, while applying NuTec's pre-stack time and depth imaging technology to TGS-NOPEC's own seismic database.

TGS-NOPEC specializes in planning, acquisition, processing, interpretation, and marketing of non-exclusive seismic surveys worldwide.

Lafayette, La., has announced the appointment of Walt Messa as vice-president of business development. Messa has 22 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.

Mansfield, Mass., has named Dan Davis as vice-president of worldwide sales. Davis previously held senior level positions at several companies, most recently as senior vice-president of sales and strategic marketing with ABB.

Davis holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oklahoma State University. He also completed the Kellogg executive management program at Northwestern University, and the international management program at the University of Western Ontario.

Allegro Development Corp.

Dallas, has announced the opening of an office in Singapore, and appointed Roderick Macnab as director of sales and marketing for Asia Pacific operations.

Macnab, a graduate of Glasgow University, has 15 years of experience in the energy software business.
