Tenaris SA

Luxembourg, has announced that, together with Venezuelan steel producer Sidor, it has agreed to purchase assets of Posven, a Venezuelan company with an industrial facility for the production pf pre-reduced hot briquetted iron (HBI) located in Ciudad Guayana. The HBI plant, which has been shut down since shortly after it opened in 2001, will allow Tenaris to secure a low-cost source of high quality ferrous raw material.

Tenaris SA is a leading global manufacturer of seamless steel pipe products, and provider of pipe handling, stocking, and distribution services, and a leading regional supplier of welded steel pipes for gas pipelines in South America.

Medina, Ohio, has named Joseph P. Lahey president, CEO, and member of its board of directors. Lahey's experience includes positions with Pluris Capital Advisors Co., Furmanite Worldwide Inc., and Barnard & Burk Group Inc.

Stabil Drill

Lafayette, La., has named Chip Olds as a district manager, and added Jody Carinhas to its sales team.

Olds, based in Corpus Christi, Tex., has more than 25 years of oil and gas industry experience, most recently with Oil & Gas Rental Services.

Carinhas will cover New Orleans, Houston, and Oklahoma areas from the company's Lafayette office. He has more than 23 years of experience in the rental tools business.

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services company, is a global oil and gas service company with service facilities in Louisiana, Texas, Canada, and Scotland.

Enerflex Systems Ltd.

Calgary, has appointed Leonard A. Cornez as vice-president and chief financial officer. Cornez has 14 years of executive level experience in the energy service sector.

Houston, has appointed Robert D. Monson as chief financial officer. Monson has over 19 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, serving in various positions with Schlumberger Ltd. since 1985.

Seitel Inc. provides seismic data and related geophysical services to the oil and gas industry in North America.

Key Energy Services Inc.

Midland, Tex., has announced the appointment of Richard J. Alario as chief executive officer and a director. Alario succeeds Francis D. John, who will continue as non-executive chairman of the board.

Prior to joining Key Energy, Alario was with BJ Services Co. and OSCA Inc.

Additionally, the company will be closing its offices in New Hope, Pa., and all executives will operate out of the company's headquarters in Midland.

Key Energy Services Inc. is a major rig-based, onshore well service company. Services provided include well servicing, contract drilling, pressure pumping, and fishing and rental tool services. The company operates throughout the US, and Argentina, Canada, and Egypt.

Precision Drilling Corp.

Calgary, has announced that its subsidiary, Precision Holdings UK Ltd., has agreed to acquire Reeves Oilfield Services Ltd., a UK-based provider of a formation evaluation logging system that may be conveyed on wireline or using an array of conveyance alternatives such as drill pipe, tractors, or coil tubing. The Reeves system design enables high quality logging data to be recorded more efficiently than many other offerings on the market.

Precision Drilling Corp. is a global oil field services company providing a broad range of drilling, production, and evaluation services. The company employs more than 10,000 people operating in more than 30 countries.

Woolslayer Cos. Inc. (WCI)

Tulsa, has elected Dewayne G. Vogt to president and CEO. Vogt joined Lee C. Moore Corp. in 1978, and became chief engineer of WCI in 1990.
