Houston, has appointed Peter D. Kinnear as executive vice-president with responsibility for the company's energy production systems and energy processing systems businesses, and Charles H. Cannon as senior vice-president with continuing responsibility for the foodtech and airport systems businesses.

Houston, has appointed Peter D. Kinnear as executive vice-president with responsibility for the company's energy production systems and energy processing systems businesses, and Charles H. Cannon as senior vice-president with continuing responsibility for the foodtech and airport systems businesses. Additionally, John T. Gremp and Tore Halvorsen have been appointed vice-presidents, both reporting to Kinnear, with responsibility for the energy production systems business. Gremp is responsible for the Western Hemisphere, based in Houston; and Halvorsen's responsibilities cover Eastern Hemisphere, based in Kongsberg, Norway. Robert L. Potter was named vice-president for energy processing systems, also reporting to Kinnear.

Burlington, Mass., has announced that Albert M. Ferrer has joined the company as managing director of generation services in the energy practice.

Ferrer has more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility and energy industries, and was formerly a senior vice-president with Stone & Webster Management Consulting.

Copenhagen, has announced the establishment of an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, headed by Phil Beale as regional director.

Beale is an honors graduate in geology from Nottingham University, and has extensive experience in the Asia Pacific market.
