Edgen Corp. Baton Rouge, La., has announced an organizational restructuring that includes the appointment of Dan J. O'Leary as president and COO, and Bob Gilleland as senior vice-president of business development.

O'O'Leary holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tulsa, and has nearly 25 years of energy industry experience. He has held positions with Red Man Pipe & Supply, Lone Star Steel Co., Maverick Tube Corp., and most recently with Stupp Corp.

Edgen Corp. is a leading provider of prime carbon steel pipe, specialty pipe, valves, fittings, flanges, structural steel products, and services.

Grant Geophysical Inc.

Houston, has announced the appointment of Greg Dunlop as regional manager for Asia-Pacific, based in the company's new Brisbane, Australia, office.

Grant Geophysical Inc. provides specialized geophysical services used in exploration for new reserves, development of existing reservoirs, and management of producing oil and gas fields.

Halliburton

Houston, has announced an agreement to sell its mono pumping business to National Oilwell Inc. The sale applies to Monoflo Inc. in the US, and Mono Group in the UK.

Mono is a leading worldwide manufacturer of power sections for downhole drilling motors, downhole artificial lift pumps, progressing cavity fluid transfer pumps, grinders and screens.

The Ipedex Group and Petris Technology Inc.

Houston and Paris, have joined forces to provide integrated Internet-based solutions such as project data rooms and neutral information management platforms to a variety of users in Europe, Asia, Middle East, and Asia.

Ipedex, founded in 1970 by IFP, Technip, and Total, offers a wide range of services to the upstream and downstream sectors of the energy industry.

Petris Technology provides information management products and services to the oil and gas community.

ITT Industries

Seneca Falls, NY, has named William E. Taylor as vice-president, marketing and business development; and Chad Tuttle as director, business development, for the Process Products Div. of the Industrial Products Group (IPG).

Taylor, who holds a bachelor's degree in technical management from Regis University, previously served with Sundyne Corp., and Delta Companies Consolidated Inc. He replaces John Manna, who has become vice-president and general manager of the Engineered Products Div. of IPG.

Tuttle earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire, and an MBA from Wilks University.

ITT Industries Inc. supplies advanced technology products and services to customers in a broad range of markets.

Mustang Automation and Control (MAC)

Houston, has announced the formation of MAC East, located in LaPorte, Texas. The new office will be under the leadership of Gene Horn, operations; Bill Green, business development; and Larry Graham, construction.

Horn has over 30 years of experience in engineering, computer applications, project management, and business and operations management.

With 37 years of instrumentation and controls engineering services experience, Green has served with Texamation, ITT (Brown & Root), and most recently with Contech Control Services.

Graham has 35 years of construction services experience, including positions with Epic/Texamation, Bay Control Services, and Contech Control Services.

Mustang Automation and Control is a business segment of Mustang Engineering, a Wood Group company.

Valvoline Co.

Lexington, Ky., has named John C. Noal as vice-president and managing director of Valvoline Europe. He is located in The Netherlands.

Noal is a 13-year veteran of the commercial and specialty lubricants business, and previously served with Koch Industries, and Conoco.
