Mission Woods, Kan., has announced that its Energy Services & Production Div. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Mohajir Engineering Inc., an oil and gas engineering and geological consulting firm with offices in Houston and Kansas City. Jeff Mohajir, formerly president of Mohajir Engineering, has been appointed executive vice-president of the Energy Services & Production Div.

The company pioneered microprocessor and computer applications in drilling instrumentation in 1977 for North Sea drilling contractors.
