Mission Woods, Kan., has announced that its Energy Services & Production Div. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Mohajir Engineering Inc., an oil and gas engineering and geological consulting firm with offices in Houston and Kansas City.

Mission Woods, Kan., has announced that its Energy Services & Production Div. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Mohajir Engineering Inc., an oil and gas engineering and geological consulting firm with offices in Houston and Kansas City. Jeff Mohajir, formerly president of Mohajir Engineering, has been appointed executive vice-president of the Energy Services & Production Div.

Pittsburgh, Pa., has named Bradley L. Mallory as president of the company's engineering business segment. Mallory has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and related fields. He holds a BA from Dickinson College, and JD from Dickinson School of Law.

Rigserv Ltd.

Aberdeen, has announced the opening of sales and service offices in Houston, operating as Rigserv International LLC.

Rigserv designs and manufactures drilling control systems for land and offshore rigs; and modifies existing drilling controls in single purpose modules, fully coordinated drilling control centers, as well as automated drilling control cabins. The company pioneered microprocessor and computer applications in drilling instrumentation in 1977 for North Sea drilling contractors.

Pittsburgh, Pa., has announced the promotion of CFO Christopher D. Strong to president, J. Michael Poole to executive vice-president of operations, Daniel E. Steigerwald to chief financial officer, and Gary Impelliccieri to controller.
