Atlantia Offshore Ltd. Houston, has announced the addition of Don Selle to its staff as director of sales and marketing.

Houston, has announced the addition of Don Selle to its staff as director of sales and marketing. Selle has more than 20 years of experience in the offshore oil industry, including engineering, project management, operations management, and business development positions. He previously was with PGS Floating Production, and Modec USA Inc.

Atlantia Offshore Ltd., a member of the IHC Caland group, and sister company to SBM, is the supplier of SeaStar Tension Leg Platform, and serves as prime contractor on its deepwater projects.

Grey Wolf Inc.

Houston, has named William E. Chiles as executive vice-president and chief operating officer, and has promoted David W. Wehlmann to executive vice-president.

Chiles has over 25 years of management experience in contract drilling operations. He most recently served as vice-president of business development with Ensco International Inc. since the merger of Chiles Offshore Inc. into an Ensco International affiliate.

Wehlmann will retain the titles of chief financial officer and secretary of the company, positions he has held since 1998.

Grey Wolf Inc. is a leading provider of contract oil and gas land drilling services in the US.

Invensys PLC

Foxboro, Mass., has announced the appointment of Amy Burns as vice-president of marketing for its manufacturing and process solutions business unit.

Burns has a BA degree in political science from Clemson University, and a masters degree in international management from Thunderbird. Prior to joining Invensys in 1999, she was a senior account executive at NBC, and had worked previously as press secretary for a South Carolina congressman.

Invensys plc is a global leader in production technology and energy management.

M-I LLC

Houston, has been named recipient of Shell E&P Co.'s "Supplier of the Year" award, based on M-I's consistently meeting Shell's key performance indicators criteria.

M-I LLC, owned 60% by Smith International Inc. and 40% by Schlumberger Ltd., is a leading supplier of drilling, reservoir drill-in and completion fluids products, solids control and waste management services, and oil field production chemicals to the worldwide petroleum industry.

Dallas, has announced the promotion of John N. Davis to technical advisor; and named Allen E. Evans Jr., Lee E. George, and David T. Miller as vice-presidents.

Davis earned his BS in petroleum and natural gas engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. He was a senior engineer with Exxon before joining NSAI in 1991.

Evans holds BS and MS degrees in geology from Old Dominion University. George earned a BS in civil engineering from the University of Texas. Miller received a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. Evans, George, and Miller all were with Exxon before joining NSAI.

Pittsburgh, Pa., has named Bradley L. Mallory as a senior vice-president of the company. Mallory, who has more than 20 years of experience in transportation and related fields, formerly was Pennsylvania Secretary of Transportation. He holds a BA degree from Dickinson College, and JD from Dickinson School of Law.

Mallory's responsibilities will include developing strategic direction of the company's transportation and homeland security efforts.

Natco Group Inc.

Houston, has announced that Katherine Ellis has joined the company as senior vice-president and general counsel. Ellis, a graduate of Cornell University and University of Minnesota Law School, has held a number of positions covering international, contract, M&A, and securities law with Nabors Industries; and was associated with the Baker & Botts law firm for 10 years.

Natco Group Inc. is a leading provider of wellhead process equipment, systems, and services used in the production of oil and gas.

Precision Drilling Corp.

Calgary, has announced that its subsidiary, LRG Catering Ltd., has acquired the assets of MacKenzie Caterers Ltd., a provider of oil field camp and catering services out of Edmonton, Alta. The acquisition increases LRG's camp facilities to 92 and, along with the added management and catering employees from MacKenzie, provides depth to LRG's oil field camp service offerings.
