Crouser has almost 30 years of experience in the financial field, including positions with Pinnacle Polymers Co., Lafarge Corp., and Morton International Inc.

Hoffman worked for Applied Hydraulic Systems for the last 18 years. He has over 20 years of experience in crane engineering, and design of all types from platforms and FPSOs to drilling rigs and dockside units.

American Aero Cranes / Titan Industries designs, manufactures, and services marine cranes and related products for the offshore oil and gas industry.

American Cast Iron Pipe Co. (ACIPCO)

Birmingham, Ala., has been named to Fortune magazine's list of "The 100 Best Companies to Work for in America" for the seventh time. ACIPCO ranked number six on the current list, and is the only pipe manufacturing company to ever receive the honor.

Fortune cited a low turnover rate, employee longevity, and an on-site medical clinic as outstanding attributes of the company.

Founded in 1905, ACIPCO manufactures a diversified product line for the waterworks, capital goods, and energy industries. Products include ductile iron pipe and fittings, valves, centrifugally cast steel tubes, static castings, ERW steel pipe, and spiral-welded steel pipe.

Houston, Calgary, and Perth, respectively, have announced an international alliance to offer integrated engineering and project management services in all aspects of upstream oil and gas operations.

Houston, has announced the appointment of Jon A. Marshall as president and CEO, effective upon the retirement of C. Stedman Garber Jr. in May. Marshall currently is the company's chief operating officer.

GlobalSantaFe operates premium oil and gas drilling rigs in key offshore locations around the world. The company's fleet includes 58 offshore rigs, four rigs under construction, and 31 land rigs.

Houston, has announced the appointment of Don Painter as vice-president of sales, global energy and process industries; and Andy Cargo as vice-president of sales and alliances.

Painter, who has 25 years of industry experience, earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a master's degree in finance and economics from the University of Houston. He held positions with ExxonMobil, Accenture, and IBM's Global Services Group prior to joining Kalido.

Cargo holds a BA degree magna cum laude from Ohio University and a JD from Case Western Reserve University. He previously worked for Channel Point, and Aspen Technology.
