Exeter, England, has announced the ap pointment of Clair Brown as development engineer with the special engineering projects department.

AnTech Ltd.

Exeter, England, has announced the ap pointment of Clair Brown as development engineer with the special engineering projects department. In her new role, Brown will serve as project engineer, spearheading the development of AnTech's suite of electrically coiled tubing drilling tools for the international oil and gas industry.

Brown's previous experience includes service with Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd. and with BP Chemicals. She earned a firs class bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Loughborough University, England, and has gained chartered engineer status.

AnTech Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of innovative products for the international upstream oil and gas industries. Additionally, AnTech offers a well visualization software package.

Ci Technologies Inc.

Charlotte, NC, has appointed Steven Zager as vice-president of sales for the Americas.

Previously, Zager spent 10 years with Yokogawa Corp. of America, most recently serving as a vice-president.

Ci Technologies is involved in the devel opment and application of HMI/SCADA and HMI software for industrial automation.

Ensco International Inc.

Dallas, has announced the formation of a new office of the president and chief operating officer, and has appointed three company executives to that office. Named are William S. Chadwick Jr., C. Christopher Gaut, and P. Jeff Saile. All three men have been with the firm since 1987.

Chadwick holds a BS degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Gaut earned a BA from Dartmouth College, and an MBA from the Wharton School. Saile has a BBA degree from the University of Mississippi.

Ensco International Inc. provides contract drilling, and marine transportation services to the international petroleum industry.

Global Industries Ltd.

Carlyss, La., has appointed William J. Doré Jr. as vice-president, investor relations. Based in Houston, Doré Jr. will continue to oversee marketing services, corporate communications, and marketing intelligence groups in addition to his new duties.

Doré Jr. received a degree in business administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, and has been with Global since 1995.

Global Industries Ltd. provides pipeline construction, platform installation and re moval, diving services, and other marine support to the oil and gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, South America, and the Bay of Campeche.
