It operates by battery, dc, ac, or 4-20 ma loop power and offers a large LCD display for rate and total readouts.

The unit includes infrared capabilities, output diagnostics, and a 20 point linearization option.

It's offered with a Windows configuration program and will perform remote configuration and monitoring from any PC-based computer using a standard communications software package. The unit can be specified to provide a 4-20 ma analog output signal to a PLC or flow computer. It also provides a 24 ma high flow alarm.

They offer four levels of alarm. Easily programmable, each alarm level has an LED indicator and relay output. Relay contact positions are user-selectable.

There is also a fault alarm and individual digital display for each channel.

Mon itors are designed to work with any two or three-wire 4-20 ma input signal. Selectable measuring ranges include ppm, % LEL, and % volume.

The Gasgard8 is assembled-to-order, so users can select the exact number of channels needed, from one to eight.

Additional features include common alarm and fault LED indicators and relay outputs, and an alarm time delay for each channel.

It also offers RS-232 and RS-485 output signals.

It is field expandable and programmable, and a software copy function allows easy programming of channel settings, the company says.

Both monitors feature audible alarms and common horns.

The sensors utilize piezoresistive silicon technology packaged in all-welded stainless steel housing.

The 316L SS housing and Hastelloy C276 diaphragm are NACE MR-01-75 compatible, providing hostile media compatibility.

All ranges of 1-10,000 psi are available in gauge or absolute pressure with a two-wire, 4-20 ma output.

Operating temperature range is -40° to +210° F. Accuracy is ±0.2% full scale with ±0.1% full scale as an option. Long-term stability is better than ±0.1 % full scale/year.

Generators produce power with off-spec gas

Here's an alternative to plugging stranded wells and flaring or using other means to dispose of off-spec natural gas.

It's a line of natural gas, engine-driven generators that produces clean power from low btu and other low quality gas.

Operating in stand alone and parallel modes, and self-synchronizing without the need of switchgear or power conditioning equipment, generators are suited for field power needs including pumps, motors, and compressors, or for sales of electricity back to local power grids.

Generators feature heavy-duty design for long, reliable operation with minimal maintenance.

Cummins engines promise long-running capabilities and dependability, the company says.

A single, integrated industrial control system governs the generator, power plant, load balancing, protected relay, and safety shutdown system.

With total harmonic distortion at less than 1%, the equipment generates clean electricity that can instantaneously synchronize to grid power.

Units come in power outputs of 70, 120, and 170 kw.
