NEW OIL FIELD GREASE

New DayLube high performance grease uses nanoceramic particles that act as submicroscopic ball bearings to provide continuous lubrication to steel surfaces found on loaders, dozers, haul trucks, excavators, and skidders.

With a lower coefficient of friction at all temperatures than traditional PTFE greases, chemically inert DAYLube is also environmentally friendly. It maintains its viscosity across the full temperature range and does not soften or run out-after 100,000 production strokes it shows no evidence of breaking down, the firm points out. This nanoceramic lubricating grease provides friction reduction and wear resistance, helping suit it for a range of heavy equipment and attachments.

It operates in temperature ranges of -40° F. to +800° F., and the nanoceramic particles remain intact to 2,500° F.

DAYLube has high load-bearing properties, a low dielectric constant, does not contain metal or silicone, and is resistant to steam, acids, and most chemical products.

Grease is available in 16 oz tubes and 16 oz jars and 1 gal and 5 gal containers.

NEW WELL INTEGRITY SOFTWARE

SafeWells is a new well integrity software system developed as a data management system that monitors and reports on well integrity performance.

The software has been successfully deployed by large operators globally as an effective tool to help improve safety culture and increase operational effectiveness while also reducing costs, the firm says.

NEW ESCAPE KIT

The new DEUS escape kit is an individual evacuation system for anyone who works in elevated environments to as high as 500 ft on platforms, cranes, and towers.

The lightweight and compact kit is a complete escape system that provides workers a safe and simple way down with nothing to hold, operate, or worry about from top to bottom.

The central component of the kit is the DEUS 3700 controlled descent device. The 3700 has been third-party tested and certified to the American National Standards Institute Z359.4-2007 fall protection rescue standard.

Prerigged and ready to use, when the 3700 is connected to a harness and anchor, the worker can experience a smooth and safe descent at a maximum speed of 2 m/sec.
