Energy Hunter appoints Jessup as vice-president of land

Energy Hunter Resources Inc., Irving, Tex., has appointed Gregory L. Jessup as vice-president of land.

Energy Hunter Resources Inc., Irving, Tex., has appointed Gregory L. Jessup as vice-president of land.

Jessup has worked in petroleum land management for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Energy Hunter Resources, Jessup served as chief executive officer of Jessup Energy Land LLC. From 1997 to 2005, Jessup was vice-president of land at Magnum Hunter Resources Inc., which was formerly led by Gary C. Evans, Energy Hunter Resources chairman and chief executive officer (OGJ Online, Sept. 29, 2016).

Energy Hunter Resources owns and operates 162 gross (162 net) acres in the Eagle Ford shale along the Edwards Trend in Texas’ Karnes County.
