RockRose Energy PLC, will gain minority, nonoperated interests in three Southern Gas basin areas off the UK by acquiring Sojitz Europe PLC of Japan.
The companies entered an agreement with total consideration of $2.5 million.
Producing interests in the deal include 15% of the Tors Field Unit Area comprising Kilmar and Garrow fields, which are linked to Trent field; 7.5% of the Grove Field Unit Area; and 10% of the Seven Seas Field Unit Area.
