Schlotterbeck becomes EQT chief executive

Steven Schlotterbeck has become chief executive officer of EQT Corp., Pittsburgh, succeeding David Porges. Schlotterbeck also became CEO of EQT Midstream Partners LP and EQT GP Holdings LP.

Steven Schlotterbeck has become chief executive officer of EQT Corp., Pittsburgh, succeeding David Porges. Schlotterbeck also became CEO of EQT Midstream Partners LP and EQT GP Holdings LP.

Schlotterbeck has been president of EQT since 2015 and joined the board of directors this year.

Porges retired but remains executive chairman of the board.

In other changes in EQT operational positions, David Schlosser was appointed senior vice-president, EQT Corp., and president, exploration and production. An EQT manager since 2007, he most recently was executive vice-president, engineering, geology, and planning for production.

And Elise Hyland became senior vice-president, EQT Corp.; president, midstream; and senior-vice-president and chief operating officer for the general partner of EQT Midstream Partners. She will hold these positions until her scheduled retirement in March 2018.
