Micheal G. Dunn has been named executive vice-president and chief operating officer of Williams Cos. Inc., effective Feb. 27. He will report to Alan Armstrong, president and chief executive officer.
Dunn has extensive engineering, project management, and operating experience, including more than 25 years in technical and executive management positions at natural gas transmission and pipeline companies.
Dunn most recently served as president of Questar Pipeline LLC and executive vice-president of Questar Corp. From 2010 to 2015, he served as president and chief executive officer of PacifiCorp Energy, a multistate regulated electric power generating company and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Co.
