James Douglass, who specializes in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, has joined Baker Botts LLP’s London office as a partner.
Working alongside the firm’s market leading team, Douglass will advise its energy and infrastructure clients on a wide range of international projects.
He has been involved in projects across the power, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors. His more than 24 years of experience includes work in Asia, Africa, Russia, Central Asia, Turkey, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, and Latin America and the Caribbean.
