Robb P. Winfield has been elected vice-president, chief financial officer, and controller of Oklahoma City-based Panhandle Oil and Gas Inc. He will take over the post on Jan. 1.
Winfield has been controller and chief accounting officer since 2009 after serving as controller starting in 2008. He was employed by Chesapeake Energy Corp. from 2004 to 2008 as revenue coordinator and supervisor and worked as an auditor at Ernst and Young LLP from 1999 to 2004.
Lonnie J. Lowry, currently vice-president, chief financial officer, and corporate secretary, will become vice-president, corporate secretary effective Jan. 1. He has been CFO since 2007 and vice-president and corporate secretary since 2006.
Freda R. Webb also has been appointed vice-president, operations for the firm (OGJ Online, Dec. 13, 2016).
The moves come as Paul Blanchard, currently senior vice-president and chief operating officer, succeeds the retiring Michael C. Coffman as president and chief executive officer, also effective Jan. 1 (OGJ Online, Mar. 16, 2016).
