Ojea Quintana to succeed Scokin as Ultrapetrol CEO

Eduardo Ojea Quintana has been chosen to succeed Damian Scokin as chief executive officer of industrial transportation firm Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd.

Eduardo Ojea Quintana has been chosen to succeed Damian Scokin as chief executive officer of industrial transportation firm Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd.

Scokin will resign from his role effective Nov. 1 and join the firm’s board. Eduardo Ojea has been a director of the firm since 2012 and has been chairman since 2015.

Prior to joining Ultrapetrol, Ojea Quintana served as president of the board of Transportadora de Gas del Norte SA and a board member of several other energy firms in South America.
