China Petroleum & Chemical Corp. (Sinopec) reported results of crude oil development in Shunbei field in the Tarim basin in northwest China’s Xinjiang region.
Six appraisal wells have each produced more than 100 tonnes/day, Sinopec said. The development follows Shunbei well 1-1H in 2015.
Eight wells have been completed and two others are being drilled.
