ARB Midstream LLC, Denver, has acquired a controlling interest in the Platte River Gathering System in Colorado from Rimrock Midstream Holdings LLC, Dallas and Edmond, Okla.
The system gathers crude oil in the Denver-Julesburg basin. It started up last April.
With capacity to move 158,000 b/d of crude, it includes more than 40 miles of gathering lines, truck unloading at the Lucern Hub, and planned storage of 600,000 b/d.
The system delivers to the Grand Mesa Pipeline, which carries crude to Cushing, Okla.
