Chris Paul has joined Gulf Oil LP as its general counsel. He’ll oversee company legal matters including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial, contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Paul has more than 29 years of industry experience. Most recently he served as chief legal officer and general counsel of Blueknight Energy Partners LP. He also held positions with McAfee & Taft, Joyce & Paul PLLC, Sun Co., Sun Pipeline, and Sun Refining.
