Hilary Moffett has joined the American Petroleum Institute as a director of federal relations, where she will handle energy and environmental priorities.
Prior to joining API, Moffett worked as director and assistant counsel at the Portland Cement Association. Moffett has also served as majority counsel for the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee and legislative director for Rep. Dan Boren (D-Okla.).
