Regina Gregory has been appointed senior vice-president, general counsel, and corporate secretary by the general partner of American Midstream Partners LP, effective Sept. 6.
She will succeed William Mathews, who served as general counsel since 2009. Mathews and Gregory will work closely during the transition.
Gregory has 20 years of legal experience and most recently served as general counsel, vice-president, and corporate secretary of Traverse Midstream Partners LP. Prior to Traverse, she served as general counsel, vice-president, legal, corporate secretary and compliance officer at Access Midstream Partners LP.
