Jack F. Harper, currently executive vice-president of Concho Resources Inc., Midland, Tex., has effective immediately assumed the additional roles of chief financial officer and treasurer with the company.
The move follows the retirement of Darin G. Holderness, who held those positions in addition to the role of senior vice-president. Matthew G. Hyde, senior vice-president of exploration, also will retire.
Holderness and Hyde will each serve as special advisor and remain with the company in that capacity through the end of 2016.
