Reinhard Florey is set to assume the role of chief financial officer of OMV AG on July 1 after reducing by a month his contract period with his current employer, Finnish firm Outokumpu.
He was appointed by the OMV supervisory board in January for a 3-year period with a 2-year company extension option.
Current OMV Chief Financial Officer and Deputy Chairman David C. Davies will leave the executive board on July 31 following a month-long handover period.
