Roberts named executive vice-president at Phillips 66

Timothy D. Roberts has been named executive vice-president, strategy and business development, of Phillips 66. The move is effective Apr. 4.

Timothy D. Roberts has been named executive vice-president, strategy and business development, of Phillips 66. The move is effective Apr. 4.

Roberts brings more than 30 years of industry experience, and joins Phillips 66 from LyondellBasell, where he served most recently as executive vice-president, global olefins and polyolefins (OGJ Online, Jan. 20, 2015).

“With Tim’s appointment we are committed to further leveraging market insights and business development to enhance our approach to strategic planning,” explained Tim Taylor, Phillips 66 president.

Early in his career, Roberts held positions in sales, marketing, and corporate planning with Phillips Petroleum Co. He also held various leadership roles with Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. and its joint ventures, including vice-president of corporate planning and strategic transactions for CPChem.
