The news agencies said three refineries operated by Kuwait National Petroleum Corp. were operating at about 520,000 b/d of their total processing capacity of 900,000 b/d.

Web sites for Kuwait Oil Co., KNPC, and Kuwait Petroleum Corp. did not have information Apr. 18 on the strike.
