W. Justin Clarke has been named vice-president, general counsel, and secretary of EXCO Resources Inc., Dallas. He replaces William L. Boeing, who resigned.
Clarke has been assistant general counsel and chief compliance officer since January 2007. Before that he was an associate of Haynes & Boone LLP.
