Dutch firm farms into Malaysian PSCs

Wholly owned subsidiaries of DYAS BV, a privately owned Dutch company, has agreed with Lundin Malaysia BV to farm into three production-sharing contracts covering acreage offshore Malaysia.

Wholly owned subsidiaries of DYAS BV, a privately owned Dutch company, has agreed with Lundin Malaysia BV to farm into three production-sharing contracts covering acreage offshore Malaysia.

The PSCs and working interests after the transaction are:

• SB307/308 in the Sabah region off East Malaysia: Dyas 20%, Lundin Malaysia 65%.

• SB303 in Sabah: Dyas 20% in the gas-holding area, Lundin Malaysia 55%.

• PM328 in the Malay basin off Peninsular Malaysia: Dyas 15%, Lundin Malaysia 35%.

Lundin Malaysia recently spudded an exploration well on SB307/308 (OGJ Online, Jan. 29, 2016).
