Jay Graham, former co-chief executive officer of WildHorse Resources II, has been named chief executive officer and director of Memorial Resource Development Corp., Houston.
Before cofounding WildHorse Resources LLC in 2007, Graham worked at Halliburton Co., Devon Energy Corp., and Anadarko Petroleum Corp.
Graham succeeds in both positions John Weinzierl, who resigned to concentrate on his existing roles as chief executive officer and chairman of Memorial Production Partners LP.
Memorial Resources Development has oil and gas properties mainly in northern Louisiana.
