INEOS Group AG has completed its acquisition of UK North Sea natural gas interests from DEA Deutsche Erdoel AG and created a London-based division to manage the properties (OGJ Online, Oct. 12, 2015). Terms weren’t reported.
INEOS Breagh starts work with 30 licenses, including operating interests in Breagh, Clipper South, Cavendish, Windermere, and Topaz gas fields in the southern North Sea.
The Swiss company said it is evaluating other offshore UK opportunities.
