Lynn L. Bourdon III has been named chairman, president, and chief executive officer of American Midstream Partners LP, Denver. He had been president and chief executive officer of Enable Midstream Partners LP, Oklahoma City.
Bourdon succeeds Steve Bergstrom, who has retired and remains on the company’s board.
American Midstream, formed in 2013 by ArcLight Capital Partners LLC, has properties in Texas, North Dakota, and the US Gulf Coast and Southeast.
