MOL acquiring Eni Slovenia retail network

MOL, Budapest, has agreed to acquire Eni Slovenia, which manages 17 Agip-branded service stations in Slovenia. Terms weren’t disclosed.

MOL is one of the top three retail operators in Slovenia with 40 stations in the country before the Eni deal.
