Amin H. Nasser has been appointed president and chief executive officer for Saudi Aramco.
Nasser joined Aramco in 1982 and was named senior vice-president, upstream, in 2008. He became acting president and chief executive officer in May, succeeding Khalid A. Al-Falih, who became Aramco’s chairman and Saudi Arabia’s minister of health (OGJ Online, May 1, 2015).
