Prosper envisions six well pads with eight horizontal SAGD well pairs and maximum bitumen production of 10,000 b/d. Construction would start later this year, with initial production beginning in early 2017. Estimated life would be 24 years.

The site is about 100 km northwest of Fort McMurray.
