Cylingas will design, fabricate, install, inspect, test, paint, and commission 19 above-ground tanks and an associated piping system within the new refinery terminal, ENOC said in a June 22 release.

Design work already is under way on the project, which is scheduled for completion in 17 months, according to the state-owned company.
A value of the contract was not disclosed.
EES awarded Pyramid E&C Ltd., London, a contract for basic and detailed engineering, procurement, inspect, supply, construction, and commissioning of the Fujairah modular refinery last year, according to a release from Pyramid E&C on June 19, 2013.
