LNG Energy Ltd., Vancouver, BC, which has oil and gas interests in Papua New Guinea, Poland, Bulgaria, and Montana, is changing its name to Esrey Energy Ltd.
Esrey Energy, whose shares will begin trading Nov. 18 on the Toronto exchange, holds several petroleum prospecting licenses in Papua New Guinea, interests in 1.1 million shale-prospective acres in Poland, is exploring a prospective argillite formation in Bulgaria, and holds oil and gas leases in Montana.
