It let an EPC contract to a joint venture of JGC (USA) Inc. and Fluor Enterprises Inc. for a 1.5 million tonne/year ethane cracker at Cedar Bayou in Baytown. And it let an EPC contract to Gulf Coast Partners, a combine of Technip USA Inc. and Zachry Industrial Inc. for two polyethylene plants with capacities of 500,000 tonnes/year each at Old Ocean, near its Sweeny complex.
